Local Food Pantries– Donate food or volunteer at your local food pantry.

AmpleHarvest.org and the Food for ME Series– Both organizations offer information for gardeners seeking to donate produce. Please contact your local food pantry for specific information about donating food or volunteering.

Hunters for the Hungry– Please contact Hungers for the Hungry for more information about donating portions of your hunt to a local pantry.

Local Area Agencies on Aging– Each local agency provides unique volunteer opportunities.  Some of these opportunities include helping seniors with their groceries, becoming a Meals on Wheels driver, helping with home repairs, or becoming a living well leader.  Please contact your local area agency on aging for specific volunteer opportunities.

Good Shepherd Food BankGSFB always welcomes the donation of food items and volunteers at their Auburn Warehouse.

Feeding America– Organize a virtual food drive or become an advocate through their Hunger Action Center.

Share Our Strength– Consider getting involved in one of their exciting events.  These events include Taste of the Nation, Great American Bake Sale, A Tasteful Pursuit, Great American Dine Out, and Cooking Matters.

Bread for the World– Utilize the variety of resources that Bread for the World offers to help get your local church or community involved in ending hunger.
